Hysteroscopy is an endoscopic procedure used to visualize, diagnose, and, if necessary, treat uterine abnormalities and diseases. In this method, the specialist can examine the uterus completely without any incisions by using a hysteroscope, a thin tube equipped with a camera and light, which is inserted through the vagina.

During hysteroscopy, the cervical lining, intrauterine endometrium, and fallopian tube openings can be fully observed. If any abnormal tissues are present, they can be removed or sampled for further analysis.
