An endoscopic surgery unit is a collection of equipment used to perform minimally invasive (endoscopic) surgical procedures. In endoscopic surgeries across general surgery, laparoscopy, urology, and gynecology, a specific set of devices (unit) is selected based on the type of procedure and, together with procedure-specific instruments, forms the complete surgical set.

In all endoscopic procedures, at least one medical monitor, cold light source, camera, camera head, and a suitable pump for the intended surgery are required.

Depending on the type of procedure, additional devices such as an insufflator (for laparoscopic surgery) or a shaver (for arthroscopic surgery) may also be used. Furthermore, some medical centers utilize surgical data archiving systems to record and store procedure information, including videos and images.
